Description: A growing, fast-paced full-service lawn, landscape maintenance, and snow removal company seeks a full-time Residential Sales Employee.  The preferred candidate is a highly motivated individual with experience in the lawn and landscape industry.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience. Compensation is a guaranteed base plus uncapped sales commission.  Target income is $80,000 with Base and Commission.  There is no cap on earnings.

Location: 23655 Griswold Rd, South Lyon, MI 48178

Schedule:  Monday -Friday, 9am -5pm, additional/flexible hours as required including Saturday.

Job Duties/Basic Position Responsibilities:

As a Lightning Lawn Care Residential Sales Employee, you will be responsible for the selling of residential Landscape services and products tailored to meet the needs of new and existing customers, both in-person (door-to-door) and/or by phone. Sales Representatives educate customers on the services and products offered.  This person uses their skills to advise customers of common landscape practices to determine appropriate needs and solutions. Sales Representatives is responsible for measuring and calculating square footage to help determine estimated cost.
